Job Description – Project Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to coordinate and monitor project activities from the site level to the corporate office. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with site teams, project engineers, clients, billing and accounts teams, and management to ensure smooth project execution, timely documentation, billing, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, clients, contractors, and internal departments for day-to-day project activities.
Follow up with site teams regarding project progress, manpower, materials, work completion, and site requirements.
Collect and maintain regular site progress reports, work status, and project updates.
Coordinate with the Billing and Accounts teams for preparation and submission of RA Bills, invoices, and other project-related documents.
Follow up with clients for bill certification, approvals, payments, and outstanding amounts.




Coordinate with site teams to collect measurement sheets, work completion details, and supporting documents required for billing.
Monitor project schedules and follow up with concerned teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
Coordinate for material requirements, dispatches, deliveries, and site-level requirements with the concerned departments.
Maintain project-wise records, including POs, bills, work orders, client communications, and progress reports.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, project status reports, billing status, payment follow-up reports, and other management reports.
Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding site requirements, documentation, approvals, and project-related issues.
Escalate delays, site issues, billing issues, and other project-related concerns to the Project Head/Management.
