Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Monitor construction and project execution as per approved drawings.
Ensure quality standards, project specifications, and timelines are maintained.
Assist in material selection, BOQ preparation, and project coordination.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and V-Ray.
Solid knowledge of architectural planning and civil construction.
Understanding of working drawings, construction detailing, and site execution.
Knowledge of materials, BOQ, and project coordination.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in architectural design, civil construction, or project execution preferred.
