Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate stock records, proper storage practices, and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for materials, products, and services.
Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers.
Source quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize orders.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)



in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, pending orders, and backorders.
Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor documentation, and purchase data.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
Support cost-saving initiatives and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
Coordinate with Finance, Stores/Warehouse, Operations, and other departments for procurement requirements.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, delivery documents, and other procurement-related records.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval processes.
Prepare regular procurement reports, MIS, and status updates for management.
Assist in developing and maintaining an approved vendor database.
