Role Description The Head of Sales is a full-time leadership role based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position that combines in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for setting sales strategy, building and managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth across Equinox’s service offerings.



Day-to-day activities include leading and mentoring the sales team, overseeing key client accounts, forecasting and reporting on sales performance, and aligning sales initiatives with marketing and delivery teams. The Head of Sales will engage with prospective and existing clients, conduct needs assessments, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close high-impact deals. This role also involves refining sales processes, implementing data-driven improvements, and representing the agency at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a B2B or agency workplace.
Proficiency in Account Management, with experience building long-term client relationships and managing strategic accounts.
