Job Title: Data Centre Operations & Procurement Specialist

Location: PAN India (Remote)
Working days- 5 days a week

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled who has hands-on experience in Data Center Operations and Procurement. This person will manage the buying process for IT hardware, software, and data centre infrastructure, work closely with vendors, and keep operations running smoothly. The role needs a mix of technical understanding (servers, storage, networking, power/cooling) and strong procurement/vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, and data center infrastructure
Handle RFQs, RFPs, quotations, and commercial negotiations with vendors
Raise and track purchase orders and contracts
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and issue resolution




Manage inventory and asset tracking for IT and data center equipment
Ensure all purchases meet cost, quality, SLA, compliance, and security standards
Support data center operations — servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling infrastructure
Assist in capacity planning for infrastructure needs
Work with IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools
Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance

Preferred Exposure:
Data center facilities and infrastructure
IT hardware/software procurement cycles
Server, storage, and networking basics
Power and cooling systems in data centers
ITSM tools (ServiceNow, or similar)

Qualification: Graduate (Engineering/IT/Supply Chain preferred); MBA is a plus
