⭐ Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior B2B Sales Executive for our Noida office.
You will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, generating leads, building qualified relationships, and driving business growth through effective B2B sales.

? Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
Achieve assigned sales targets
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups,



and sales activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

✅ What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or similar roles
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and persuasive approach
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interaction
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
