We are expanding our presence in Pune and are looking for a highly driven sales professional who can independently create business, develop relationships, and build a strong local sales network.

Role Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive or Sales Manager with experience in selling smart locks, video door phones, home automation, security products, access-control systems, or related building-technology solutions.
This is a high-ownership field-sales role. The successful candidate will not wait for leads to be assigned. You will be expected to generate your own opportunities through market knowledge, personal contacts, referrals, project visits, and relationship building.
You will work with builders, developers, architects,



interior designers, contractors, dealers, system integrators, and premium customers across Pune.
Responsibilities include:
Generate and close new business across Pune.
Develop relationships with builders, developers, architects, interior designers, dealers, contractors, and system integrators.
Identify residential and commercial projects.
Conduct product demonstrations.
Sell smart locks, video door phones, home automation, and smart-security solutions.
Build channel partners and referral networks.
Manage quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
Coordinate with installation and service teams.
Maintain a measurable sales pipeline.
We are looking for someone who:
Has 4–8 years of relevant sales experience.
Has existing Pune-market contacts.
Can create leads and generate sales without depending on company-provided enquiries.
Has a proven record of closing business.
Can work independently
