Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for the company’s IT solutions and services. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research,



reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored proposals that align with client needs. The role also involves managing and nurturing client accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term relationships. The Business Development Executive is expected to meet defined targets, provide regular performance reports, and represent Taruna Technology professionally at client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, pipeline building, and opportunity qualification.
