The CCS Senior Solution Architect is responsible for providing strategic and technical direction for the Customer Care and Billing (CCS) platform. The role ensures that architecture solutions are aligned with business priorities and IT strategies, delivering scalable, secure, cost-effective, and fit-for-purpose technology outcomes.

This position is pivotal in enabling operational excellence across customer service and billing functions by designing and guiding the implementation of integrated, future-ready CCS solutions. It plays a key role in supporting the technology roadmap for CCS, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise platforms, and managing technology risks, including technical debt.

The role also drives continuous improvement, fostering collaboration between internal teams and vendors, and ensuring architectural frameworks, standards, and governance are consistently applied to deliver optimal business and customer outcomes.





Mandatory skills
1. Proven expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCS), including architecture, configuration, functional design, and customisation.
2. Strong programming and development skills in Java, PL/SQL, and scripting languages for CCS enhancements and integrations.
3. Deep understanding of integration frameworks, APIs, and middleware platforms for seamless connectivity between enterprise systems.
4. Proficiency in solution and code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
5. 10+ years’ experience in technical solution design and delivery, with at least 5+ years in CCS architecture and development.
6. Hands-on experience with system optimisation, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for high-volume platforms.
