We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to support our growth across the LATAM region. This role would suit a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying current opportunities, and working in a fast-paced international technology environment.

The role will be based onsite within our Bangalore office, with responsibility for supporting customers and partners across key LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise, channel, vendor, and government customers across the LATAM region.
Understand client business objectives and recommend tailored training, certification, and education solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Manage the full sales cycle, including client engagement, quoting, follow-up, forecasting, account growth, and renewal opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal training, operations, finance, marketing, and regional sales teams to ensure a strong customer experience and successful delivery outcomes.
