Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Centrepoint in Chennai. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing corporate and leisure accounts, and promoting hotel rooms, banquet spaces, and F&B; offerings.



The Sales Associate will conduct sales calls and hotel visits, prepare proposals and rate contracts, and support the execution of promotions and events. Daily activities include maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with front office, reservations, and F&B; teams, and providing timely follow-up to prospective and existing clients. The role also requires participation in local networking activities, market research, and regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline.
Qualifications

Strong customer service, relationship-building, and client communication skills.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead generation, closing skills, and account management.
Basic marketing and promotional skills, with the ability to support campaigns and events.
Good organizational, time management, and documentation skills for handling inquiries and contracts.
