Role Description The Key Account Executive (Freshers/Interns) role is an internship position based in Pune City. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting senior team members in managing key client accounts, coordinating with sourcing and supply chain teams, and assisting with documentation and reporting. The intern will coordinated purchasing process with customer(s), prepare order acknowledgements, coordinate invoicing, release PO on vendors,



track & support deliveries of casting/ forgings/ machined parts to customers, process e-waybills, and track and follow up on payments for both domestic and international clients. The role also involves maintaining professional communication with stakeholders, updating CRM or tracking tools, and contributing to basic business development and marketing initiatives under guidance.
Qualifications
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Solid communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to prepare clear emails, reports, and presentations.
Basic understanding or interest in supply chain, sourcing, exports, or international business operations.
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort using online collaboration platforms.
