Position Overview:
Dhyan Health Care is seeking a qualified and dedicated DNB Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centred medical care across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound clinical judgement, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering safe and quality healthcare.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient consultation and comprehensive primary care.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Evaluate patients and prescribe appropriate treatment.




Monitor patients with diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic conditions.
Review laboratory and diagnostic reports.
Identify emergency cases and provide initial management or timely referral.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Provide preventive healthcare and lifestyle counselling.
Coordinate with consultants and other healthcare professionals when required.
Maintain qualified and compassionate communication with patients.
