Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled, surprise, and cycle stock audits across retail stores and

warehouses as per the audit calendar.

Verify physical inventory against system records and identify stock discrepancies,

shortages, or excesses.

Monitor inventory shrinkage, pilferage, stock losses, and operational leakages while

ensuring timely corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with inventory management SOPs and operational processes

across all stores.

Audit inward and outward stock movements, ensuring documentation and system

entries are accurate.

Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, root causes, risks, and

actionable recommendations.

Coordinate with store teams to investigate discrepancies and support timely recovery

of stock shortages.





Identify damaged, defective, expired, or non-saleable inventory and oversee the

Return to Warehouse (RTW) process.

Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, operational

efficiency, and loss prevention.

Monitor inventory health metrics and maintain high stock accuracy standards across

all retail locations.

Collaborate closely with Operations, Warehouse, and Store teams to strengthen

inventory controls and ensure audit compliance.
