Role Description The Business Development Executive (Edtech and Field Sales) role is a full-time hybrid position based in Jaipur, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective institutional partners, hospitals, and nursing colleges, generating qualified leads, and presenting NPrep’s solutions to decision-makers. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships. The executive will conduct field visits, demos, and presentations, collect feedback from stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and sales strategies. Regular reporting on pipeline, sales performance, and market insights is expected to support data-driven growth.
Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.




Robust Business and Account Management skills to nurture client relationships and ensure retention and growth.
Excellent Communication skills, with the capacity to present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience in field sales, preferably in edtech, education, or healthcare-related products or services.
Comfort with a hybrid work model, including regular on-ground visits in Jaipur and occasional travel as required.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, negotiate contracts, and work with CRM or sales tracking tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
