Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Human Resources Executive role based in Kochi. The Senior Human Resources Executive will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. This role will support HR policies and processes, ensure compliance with labor regulations,



and partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational culture. The individual will manage HR data and reporting, facilitate learning and development initiatives, and handle employee relations and grievance resolution. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning and drive HR best practices across the location.
Qualifications
Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
Skills in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and relationship building, with the ability to manage employee relations sensitively and fairly.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR documentation processes.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR management tools, data handling, and preparing HR reports and metrics.
