Role description:

Role Overview:

The Workplace Design Manager & Coordinator – Architectural will play a key role
in overseeing and coordinating workplace design projects to ensure they align
with corporate standards, stakeholder needs, and operational objectives. As a
core member of the Centre of Excellence (COE) team, this role is responsible for
organizing project meetings, setting and tracking team deliverables, and driving
continuous improvement in design outcomes. The position requires close
collaboration with internal stakeholders, project managers, and external
consultants to deliver consistent, high-quality workplace solutions. Strong
organizational, communication,



and leadership skills are essential, along with
the ability to adapt to changing priorities and foster a culture of proactive
problem-solving and teamwork.

Work in coordination with:

* Various Corporate Services and Technology real estate stakeholders like
Workplace Design, Capital management, Planning & COE team members.

* Capital Management appointed Project managers.

Stakeholder Management:

* Liaison between the COE team and Regional Capital Management teams to align

1. deliverables & timelines and adherence to policies & procedures of each
Stage gate process.

Skills:

* A flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing conditions and
priorities and to work in a collaborative team environment.

* Excellent teamwork with ability to work cross functionally and coordinate
with a global team.

* Organize meetings, set team deliverables and track progress of multiple books
of works.
