Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Language Teaching skills,



with the ability to train learners for standardized English proficiency exams.
Candidates should possess effective Teaching and Education skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner-centered instruction.
Candidates should possess solid Writing skills, particularly for teaching academic and test-oriented writing tasks.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to model effective communication.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) are an advantage.
Experience teaching IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or similar exams in a coaching center or academic setting is strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and counseling skills, with the ability to motivate diverse learners and support their academic goals.
