Job Description:
Greenlam Laminates & Allied is looking for a dynamic Trade Sales Specialist to drive business growth, expand our dealer network, and strengthen market presence in Hubli, Karnataka and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Trade Sales: Achieve and exceed primary and secondary sales targets for the Hubli territory.
• Network Expansion: Appoint, manage, and deepen relationships with key dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage existing connections with local Builders, Engineers, and Contractors to drive continuous business.
• Market Mapping: Identify new business opportunities, track competitor activities, and monitor local market trends.
• Operations: Ensure timely payment collections and manage inventory norms effectively across channel partners.

Requirements:
• Experience:



2–3 years of B2B Trade Sales experience strictly within the Building Material / Construction Industry (Laminates, Plywood, Veneers, Tiles, Hardware, or allied surfaces).
• Local Market Knowledge: Mandatory in-depth understanding of the commercial market in Hubli and surrounding regional territories.
• Network: Solid, established connections with local dealers, builders, and contractors.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation and channel management skills. Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
• Education & Mobility: Graduate in any discipline with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

What We Offer:
• CTC Range: Up to ₹8 LPA (commensurate with experience).
• Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners or those serving a short notice period.

Important: This role strictly requires prior building materials industry experience and local market familiarity in Hubli.
