Role Description This is a full time, on-site Chartered Accountant Senior Associate role based in Vadodara. The Senior Associate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable review, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting,



and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. The individual will coordinate with internal departments to track costs, monitor project and production-related expenditures, and assist in internal controls and audit readiness. The Senior Associate will also support management with financial reports, variance analysis, and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant post-qualification experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors, with an understanding of cost accounting and inventory management.
Proficiency in accounting and ERP software, along with strong MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
