Role Description The Placement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with hiring organizations, coordinating placement activities, and matching learners with suitable job opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with employers to understand hiring needs, organizing recruitment drives and interviews, and guiding learners through resume preparation, interview readiness, and career planning. The Placement Manager also tracks placement metrics,



prepares reports, and collaborates with academic and training teams to ensure programs meet industry expectations. The role requires consistent on-site interaction with learners and internal teams to deliver a supportive and results-driven placement experience.
