BrainShaala is launching a new Coaching Centre and looking for a highly energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to build the centre from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a strong sales & marketing team.
Develop strategies to increase student admissions and enrolments.
Generate leads through school visits, digital marketing, events, referrals, and local marketing.
Manage parent/student counselling and admission conversions.
Set and achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
Build the BrainShaala brand and presence in the local market.
Take complete ownership of student growth and business development.

We Are Looking For
Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated individual.
Solid sales, communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
Someone who can build a team and business from zero.
Experience in education/coaching sales & marketing will be an advantage.
