Job DescriptionResponsibilities
nLead, develop and manage the HSE function at Bangalore Site.
nCreate a positive and developing climate, with respect to HSE.
nManage and develop the personnel and working processes within the site wrt HSE.
nEnsure that site complies with all legal requirements
nEnsure that site meets AN HSE Standards and Directives.
nEstablish plans and site objectives according to the objectives, frames and prioritizations of
nthe business
nFulfil objectives with respect to improved HSE performance targets
nEnsure completion of all relevant statutory documentation related to HSE inline with local
nlaws.
nEstablish, apply and develop an productive HSE Management Model for Site.
nManage the HSE budget for the department/site.
nLead, coordinate and execute HSE element of the projects chosen by the site.
nParticipate and represent Site in external and internal HSE networks Compliance –
nstatutory matters for the multi BU site @ Bangalore.
nHazard study leader
nCarryout the Hazard study of site and support other site in India on Hazard study
nPSM expert pool member and Site PSM champion
nContribute to BBS program at site
nPTW compliance
nEnsure the implementation of MOC/RA/Hazard study/AIG/PSM
nEnsure time to time audits and rectification of HSE related concerns
nJob Requirements
nEngineering Graduate in Environmental Science + H/S/E - Diploma
n8+years experience in Manufacturing Safety setup.
nGood knowledge of local laws & regulations & rapport with statutory bodies.
nExcellent interpersonal relationships.
