We are seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Senior QA Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of our data-driven projects, with a specific focus on ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) pipelines and modern automation. The ideal candidate is someone who balances traditional QA rigor with a passion for AI-driven testing and productive data validation.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Test Strategy & Execution: Design, develop, and maintain both manual and automated test scripts tailored for data-heavy environments
Data Pipeline Validation: Execute functional, regression, and performance testing specifically for ELT pipelines to ensure data accuracy and flow
Defect Management: Log, track, and manage software defects using Jira, ensuring clear communication with the development team
End-to-End Testing: Perform comprehensive testing of ELT processes using innovative, efficient approaches to validate data from source to destination
Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Partner with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and define robust acceptance criteria
Innovation: Continuously enhance QA practices by exploring and integrating emerging AI-driven solutions and tools

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in software quality assurance
Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent tools
AI Integration: Exposure to AI-assisted code generation or AI-powered testing automation
QA Fundamentals: A strong, foundational understanding of QA methodologies, life cycles, and best practices
Soft Skills: Sharp analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail
