About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to manage the company’s receivables, customer accounts, payment follow-ups, reconciliation, and collection-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent Advanced Excel skills, and the ability to independently manage receivable operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the company’s accounts receivable and outstanding receivables.
Maintain accurate customer ledgers and ensure timely accounting of receipts.
Track customer outstanding balances, ageing, and payment schedules.




Follow up with customers for pending payments and coordinate with the sales team for collections.
Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable Ageing Reports.
Perform regular customer ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Verify invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and related supporting documents.
Ensure timely recording and allocation of customer payments.
Monitor overdue accounts and escalate long-pending receivables to management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to receivables and collections.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, invoicing, and payment-related issues.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
