Responsibilities
People Business Partnership.



Serve as the People Business Partner for the intended department, partnering with leaders to improve retention, reduce regrettable attrition, and proactively address people-related risks through data-informed interventions.
Performance & Talent Programs. Own and execute the end-to-end performance management lifecycle for the assigned department, including 30/90-day reviews, annual performance cycles, and talent planning actions.
Leader Enablement & Coaching. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, coaching on performance, engagement, employee experience, and effective people decision-making.
Employee Lifecycle Support. Lead onboarding, off-boarding, and day-to-day people needs for the intended department, operating as a hands-on individual contributor closely aligned with business leadership.
People Operations & Process Improvement. Lead and contribute to People Operations initiatives by improving processes, scaling programs,
