- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.n
- Use innovative teaching strategies and digital tools to enhance learning.n
- Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.n
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.n
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.n
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.n
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic and overall development.n




- Participate in school events, meetings, co-curricular activities, and professional development programs.n

nQualifications

- n
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed.n
- Prior experience teaching at the secondary school level is preferred.n
- Excellent communication skills in English.n
- Robust subject knowledge and classroom management skills.n
- Passion for teaching and working with adolescents.n
- Creative, patient, and student-focused approach to teaching.n
