Job Title: Senior Video Editor

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Video Editor to take ownership of producing engaging, high-quality video content across our brands. The role will have a strong focus on short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, while also supporting the production of longer-form videos including YouTube content, interviews, podcasts, case studies and brand videos.

You should have a robust understanding of modern social media editing styles, storytelling, pacing, retention and how to turn raw footage into content that captures attention quickly and keeps viewers engaged.

Key Responsibilities

Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Turn raw footage, interviews, podcasts and longer recordings into engaging short-form clips.
Edit longer-form content including YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts, testimonials, case studies and company videos.
Create strong hooks and maintain engaging pacing throughout each video.




Use captions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, B-roll, zooms, transitions and other editing techniques where appropriate.
Understand how to edit specifically for viewer retention rather than simply creating visually attractive videos.
Identify the strongest moments within long-form recordings and repurpose them into standalone social content.
Work closely with the marketing and content team to translate ideas, scripts and briefs into finished videos.
Maintain consistency with each brand's visual identity, tone and editing style.
Manage multiple editing projects and meet agreed content deadlines.
Organise and maintain video files, footage, project files and other creative assets.
Provide creative input on how footage should be captured to improve the final content.
Stay up to date with current social media content formats, editing trends and platform best practices.
