Hiring: Sales Consultant / Sales Manager – Odoo ERP

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Work Mode: Full-Time | Work From Office

Markets: India, Gulf & Malaysia
IndaPoint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Sales Consultant / Sales Manager to drive Odoo ERP sales across India, Gulf countries and Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify Odoo ERP leads.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
Understand customer requirements and recommend Odoo solutions.
Conduct Odoo presentations and demos.
Sell Odoo implementation, customization, migration, integration, support and AI solutions.
Prepare proposals and quotations.
Manage the CRM and sales pipeline.
Work with functional and technical teams.
Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs and business owners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
3–6 years of B2B ERP, Software or SaaS sales experience.




Strong preference for Odoo sales experience.
Positive understanding of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing and HR.
Experience selling ERP implementation and customization services.
Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent English communication.
Experience handling international customers is preferred.
