Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Patent Analyst located in Ahmedabad. The Patent Analyst will be responsible for conducting patent searches, analyzing patentability, and preparing and filing patent applications. The role involves reviewing and interpreting patent laws and regulations, monitoring competitors' activities, and providing competitive intelligence.



The Patent Analyst will work closely with inventors, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely submission of patents.

Qualifications
Patent Preparation and Patentability skills
Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Competitive Intelligence
Knowledge of Patent Law and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, especially Electronics, is preferred.
Experience in the intellectual property field is a plus
