Role Summary
Own architecture and delivery of Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions across campaign orchestration, personalization, and real-time engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Design omnichannel customer journey frameworks.
Architect event-driven and audience-triggered campaigns.
Configure journeys, decisioning, offers, and personalization strategies.
Integrate AJO with RTCDP, AEP, CRM, and marketing platforms.
Define governance, deliverability, and consent management practices.




Lead technical solution design and implementation teams.
Optimize engagement, conversions, and customer experiences.
Provide architecture reviews and production support guidance.
