Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will manage end-to-end customer relationships, including onboarding new clients, maintaining regular communication, and serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.



Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with engineering, production, and service teams, and ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms within company guidelines, tracking account performance, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The Account Manager will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, monitor market trends and customer feedback, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong account management skills, including client relationship building, stakeholder management, and customer service.
Experience in sales support, proposal preparation, and basic commercial negotiation within industrial or manufacturing environments.
