Role Description The Sales Coordinator role at TOHFA4U is a full-time, in office position based in Sarkhej-Okaf. This role involves supporting day-to-day sales operations, including preparing quotations with product details, coordinating order processing, and ensuring timely delivery of corporate gifting solutions.



The Sales Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, maintain client communication, and assist in follow-ups to strengthen relationships and support repeat business. Responsibilities also include maintaining sales records, coordinating with the sourcing and logistics teams, and aligning client requirements with suitable products and branding options. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of orders and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and internal processes efficiently.
Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions, understand requirements, and support repeat and referral business.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
