? Build and implement Now Assist across IRM, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, Privacy, BCM, and Security Operations.
? Configure AI Agents and Agentic Workflows for governance and compliance automation.
? Develop conversational experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent.




? Implement AI guardrails aligned with enterprise compliance requirements.
? Build reusable ServiceNow automation components using platform-native capabilities.

? Preferred Background
✔️ Strong experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
✔️ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
