Role Description This full-time Driver role is an on-site position based in Ballia. The Driver will operate company trucks to transport goods safely and on schedule, following all traffic laws and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting vehicles before and after trips, maintaining cleanliness and basic truck upkeep, and completing required logs and documentation. The Driver will coordinate with dispatch, communicate route updates, and interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner during pickups and deliveries.



The role also involves reporting any mechanical issues promptly and contributing to a culture of safety and reliability.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Truck Driving skills and experience operating commercial trucks safely.
Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A license and thorough knowledge of relevant road and safety regulations.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, team members, and customers.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to represent the company professionally during deliveries and interactions.
Ability to follow routes and schedules, manage time effectively, and handle documentation accurately.
Clean driving record and familiarity with vehicle inspection and basic maintenance procedures.
Ability to work on-site in Ballia, including extended hours or weekend shifts as needed.
