Role Description The Manager Compliance & Legal will oversee regulatory compliance, legal documentation,



and risk management for seafund’s investment operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves managing SEBI and AIF regulatory requirements, Legal & Compliance for Investment deals, monitoring adherence to fund policies, and maintaining accurate legal and compliance records. The role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating investment-related agreements and term sheets, coordinating with external legal and advisory firms, and supporting due diligence for prospective investments. The Manager will develop and implement compliance frameworks, conduct periodic compliance audits, and provide guidance to the investment team and portfolio companies on legal and regulatory matters. This position also contributes to continuous process improvement, ensuring that seafund’s practices remain aligned with evolving laws, regulations, and industry standards.
