Role Description

* Identify and forecast demand for OAP, Rock Phosphate, MAP, Urea, Sulphur and Complex Fertilizers.
* Develop and manage relationships with domestic and international buyers.
* Monitor market pricing, supply-demand dynamics, competition and emerging opportunities.
* Evaluate trading opportunities,



commercial potential and associated risks.
* Lead/support commercial negotiations, pricing and contracts.
* Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance and Operations for seamless execution.
* Oversee orders, shipments and trade documentation.
* Ensure regulatory and trade compliance.
* Prepare market intelligence, demand forecasts and management reports.
* Drive improvements in trading processes and execution efficiency.

Qualifications
Strong skills in commodity trading, price negotiation, and contract management within fertilizers or related agro‑inputs.
Knowledge of fertilizer products, plant nutrition, and basic agronomy relevant to agriculture, horticulture, and greenhouse applications.
Experience in market analysis, demand forecasting, and competitive intelligence in chemical or agricultural markets.
Ability to manage supply chain and logistics processes, including coordination with shipping, warehous
