Role Description The Program Counsellor is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves guiding prospective students, faculty, and institutional stakeholders through Yangpoo’s program offerings, explaining Harvard-linked certifications,



and helping them choose suitable courses aligned with their academic and professional goals. The Program Counsellor will conduct counseling sessions via in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital platforms, manage leads, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and follow up with interested participants to support enrollments. The role includes coordinating with internal academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth program delivery, organizing information sessions and webinars, and addressing queries related to curriculum, pedagogy, and learning outcomes. The Program Counsellor is also expected to track enrollment targets, provide regular reports, and contribute feedback to improve counseling processes and participant experience.
