We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team and take ownership of the complete HR function.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
• Handle employee onboarding, induction & documentation
• Manage monthly payroll, attendance, leaves, incentives & deductions
• Identify training and development requirements
• Manage employee relations, grievances & performance management
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs & processes
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, minimum wages and applicable labour laws
• Maintain employee records, contracts, notices and HR documentation
• Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower requirements
• Support performance appraisals,



employee development and PIPs
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information

? Ideal Candidate

• Relevant experience in HR management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment, payroll & HR compliance
• Ability to independently manage HR operations
• Skilled, organized and people-oriented approach
