Role Description The QA/QC Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities across construction and development projects. The position involves establishing and maintaining quality standards, supervising inspections and testing of materials and workmanship, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company-specific requirements.



The QA/QC Lead will develop and implement quality procedures, review documentation, analyze non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions. This role also includes coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and external stakeholders to maintain consistent quality, conducting internal audits, and preparing reports for leadership to support continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, including the ability to develop, implement, and monitor quality processes.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing, with experience in creating frameworks, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with standards.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent construction and real estate quality standards relevant to property development.
