Oraton is an AI Executive Communication Coach that helps founders and senior leaders prepare for high-stakes conversations—from investor pitches and board meetings to performance reviews and customer presentations.

We're building a category-defining product at the intersection of AI, communication and leadership, and we're looking for our first senior growth hire to help build a scalable growth engine.

About the Role
We're looking for our first Growth Marketing Manager to help build Oraton's growth engine from the ground up.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a large marketing team, a mature acquisition playbook, or established processes. Instead, you'll work directly with the founders to figure out what truly drives sustainable growth.

You'll be responsible for identifying scalable acquisition channels, running high-impact growth experiments, improving conversion across the funnel, and helping shape how Oraton reaches executive leaders globally. One day you might be analysing campaign performance, the next you could be refining positioning,



testing a new landing page, or launching a completely recent growth initiative.

Success in this role isn't measured by the number of campaigns you run—it's measured by your ability to find repeatable growth opportunities and turn insights into results.

What You'll Do

Growth Strategy
Own Oraton's growth roadmap across acquisition, activation and conversion.
Identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities through data and experimentation.
Challenge assumptions and recommend new growth initiatives.

Performance Marketing

Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Apple Search Ads and Meta.
Improve customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates and ROAS.
Continuously test audiences, messaging, creatives and c
