Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive / Program Advisor at NICMAR Digital Education will be responsible for executing the B2C sales strategy, managing customer interactions, and driving enrollments. This role requiresa proactive approachin reaching out to potential students, engaging them effectively, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Job Outline:
Engage prospective students throughinbound and outboundcalls, providing detailed program information and resolving queries.
Conduct follow-ups proactively to ensure maximumlead conversion and enrollment.
Work closely with the sales leadership to meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Record and updatecustomer interactions systematically using CRM tools.
Support marketing initiatives by actively participating in promotional campaigns, webinars, and events.
Provide feedback based on customer interactions to enhance sales strategies and program offerings.
Ensure a customer-centric approach to deliveran outstanding enrolment experience.
Continuously improve sales skillsand product knowledgethrough ongoing training and development sessions.
Job Specification:
Knowledge/Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relateddiscipline.
Familiarity with salestechniques and CRM software is advantageous.
Specific Skills:
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
Effective problem-solving capabilities and customer serviceorientation.
Ability to managetime efficiently and handle multipletasks.
Comfortable with sales targets and working in a results-driven environment.
Basic proficiency in sales data reporting and analytics.
Desirable Experience:
1-3 years of relevantexperience in B2C sales, preferably within the EdTech,digital education, or related sectors.
