Role Description The Customer Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships. Daily activities include responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, providing timely updates to clients,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The Executive will also support client onboarding, collect feedback to improve service quality, and contribute to building a positive brand image through professional and courteous communication.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience.
