nWe are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to support our US market through LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, prospect conversations, and follow-ups.
nKey Responsibilities

- Connect with prospects through LinkedIn and other outreach channels.n
- Send personalized messages and engage in qualified conversations.n
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.n
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings.n
- Manage conversations and leads using CRM/outreach tools.n
- Use AI tools to improve research, messaging, and productivity.n
- Work with the internal team to achieve outreach and sales goals.n

nRequirements

- n
- 6 months–1 year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation,



or customer-facing roles.n
- Strong spoken and written English.n
- Comfortable communicating with US/international prospects.n
- Good communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.n
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and AI tools.n
- Self-driven and willing to learn.n
- Comfortable working 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST.n

nGood to Have
n
- n
- Experience in B2B sales, Inside Sales, SDR, or Lead Generation.n
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools.n
