Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Thane. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, social media, display,



and marketplaces to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Performance Marketing Manager will manage campaign budgets, monitor key performance metrics, and use analytics tools to generate insights and improve ROI. Daily activities include developing and testing ad creatives, refining audience targeting, collaborating with content and brand teams, and coordinating with external agencies or partners when needed. The role also involves reporting on campaign performance, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with Pureverse’s brand positioning and business objectives.
Qualifications

Strong performance marketing skills, including experience with paid search, paid social, display ads, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic data analysis in Excel or similar tools.
Understanding of e-commerce and FMCG
