Role Description The Director of School Facility Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing the planning, operation, and maintenance of school facilities within VISCO India’s portfolio. This role leads the facilities team in managing daily building operations, including housekeeping,



security, utilities, groundskeeping, and preventive maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and learning-conducive environment. The Director monitors facility performance, manages vendor relationships, and oversees contracts for maintenance services, repairs, and capital improvement projects. The position also involves budget planning and cost control for facility operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and ESG-related requirements. The Director collaborates closely with school leadership and internal stakeholders to address facility needs, respond to incidents, coordinate space utilization, and support long-term infrastructure planning and upgrades.
