Role Description The Influencer Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. This role involves identifying suitable influencers across platforms, evaluating their fit with brand objectives, and managing end-to-end influencer campaigns. The specialist will coordinate briefs, contracts, and timelines, oversee content creation and approvals,



and ensure campaign deliverables align with brand guidelines and KPIs. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and insights, and collaborating closely with internal teams on creative strategy, content planning, and ongoing optimization. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with creators, staying updated on influencer and social media trends, and contributing ideas for innovative, scalable, and authentic campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience in influencer marketing and campaign management, including creator identification, outreach, and relationship building.
Skills in social media and digital marketing, with familiarity across major platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
