Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Coimbatore North. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue current business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel partners, and events, to increase occupancy and revenue. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The role also involves maintaining and growing existing accounts,



monitoring local market trends, and collaborating with operations and marketing teams to ensure service offerings meet client needs. The Business Development Executive will regularly track performance metrics, report on sales activities, and contribute to business development plans and initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Business relationship handling to maintain and grow key client accounts.
