About The Role

As a DevOps Intern at HUFT, you'll get hands-on exposure to how a fast-scaling D2C brand builds, ships, and monitors software in production. Working closely with our engineering team, you'll help automate deployments, strengthen our CI/CD pipelines, and keep our systems running smoothly behind the scenes — from our website to our in-store systems. This is a role for someone who's curious about how things actually work under the hood, enjoys solving problems methodically, and wants real ownership early in their career.

What You Will Do

CI/CD & Automation
Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Help automate repetitive deployment and release tasks.
Support scripting for build, test, and deployment workflows.
Infrastructure & Cloud
Support the setup and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Assist with containerisation (Docker) and basic orchestration (Kubernetes).
Help monitor infrastructure costs and flag optimisation opportunities.
Monitoring & Reliability
Help set up monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.




Assist in troubleshooting deployment and production issues.
Document runbooks and processes for the team.
Collaboration
Work closely with developers to understand deployment requirements.
Participate in code reviews and sprint discussions.
Support the team with ad-hoc technical tasks.

Who This Is For

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Linux, scripting (Bash/Python), and version control (Git).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn by doing.
Comfortable asking questions and figuring things out.
Valuable communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have

Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Personal projects, GitHub contributions, or coursework in DevOps/cloud.
Interest in consumer tech, e-commerce, or retail platforms.
