Job Overview:
We are seeking a MuleSoft Developer with experience in both development and production support of enterprise integration solutions. The role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and lifecycle management of MuleSoft integrations running on Mule Runtime 4.9 in a hybrid deployment workplace. The ideal candidate will work closely with infrastructure, security, DevOps, and architecture teams to support runtime upgrades, server maintenance, incident resolution, security compliance, and integration enhancements while contributing to operational excellence and platform reliability
Key Responsibilities:
Provide production support and operations for MuleSoft integrations and APIs running on Mule Runtime 4.9 in a hybrid environment (on-premise Windows servers with Anypoint Platform control plane).
Assist in planning and executing MuleSoft runtime upgrades across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production), following established procedures to minimize risk and downtime.




Perform Java version upgrades for Mule runtimes and help validate compatibility with existing integrations and dependencies.
Support the maintenance and administration of on-premise Windows servers hosting Mule runtimes, including patching, configuration, and general server health and performance monitoring.
Assist in identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities across MuleSoft applications, runtimes, and underlying servers in line with organizational security and compliance standards.
Support certificate lifecycle management (SSL/TLS) including tracking expirations, renewals, and installation to help prevent service disruptions.
Perform post-patching and post-upgrade validation, including health checks and smoke testing, to help confirm servers and applications are stable and fully operational.
Participate in the triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of production incidents, assisting with root cause analysis and implementation of fixes to prevent recurrence.
